Moon in Uttarabhadrapada : the person is an eloquent speaker, happy, blessed with a lot of offspring, victorious over enemies, and religious.
Attributes : Spread from 3’20” up to 16’40” in Meena. Lord is Guru. The Star is adorned with a serpent-like Symbol. It looks like rice, its properties and Attributes are like those of Ardra, some Attributes of Purvabhadrapada also are found. Purvabhadrapada shows signs of contrition and atonement while Uttarbhadrapada shows restrain. From these are to be calculated long distance journeys, renunciation of worldly possessions and mendicancy etc. On the other hand knowledge, learning, good counsel, personality – these also come within the purview of this star.
Anthropomorphically this is the sole of the feet of Kalapurusha.
Brihat Samhita: When Saturn transits Uttarabhadrapada, rivers, those who dwell on river-banks, carriage-makers, carpenters etc., women and gold are destroyed.

Those born in the first pada are fickle, angry, blood-shot eyed, of bilious constitution, rickette, sexy hungry, good eaters, hate females, unwise, travel in other countries and trouble their own kith and kin.
Those born in the second pada are astrologers, know the results of works, pleasant, selective of qualified people, transact many things, respected amongst their circle of relatives. They have control over their senses, endowed with children and grand children, handsome, religious, wise, enjoy life and help others.
Those born in the third pada are wise, learned and enjoy life, help others, givers, peace loving and experts in music. They are beggars and worship gods. They spend time in study of shastras, brave, followers of good advise, bright, and endowed with good qualities.
Those born in the fourth pada are large hearted, suffer from blood diseases, dirty, candid, develop enemity with many , great fools, interested in other’s money, rickette, very angry, equanimous, stingy and cause trouble in all jobs.
